Jessies Chop Shop in Brownstown Charter Twp, MI

Went in for a simple haircut. Trim off dead ends and long layers. I have natural curly hair they didn't treat it right and made it look worse. Didn't use water to even spray down hair before cutting nor finish job. Lady before me ( using same hairdresser) made her keep fixing her mistakes prior to my appointment. Sara was my hairdresser. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very horrible owner. I have been going here for years and have been so happy with Sara's services but after today. I will no longer be coming here. I had a family emergency and couldn't make it to my appointment but I had my husband come in instead so I wouldn't leave them hanging. And then they still take my money and charge him. I call to speak to jeese about this because I'm upset were being charged this much and she treated me with such disrespect, called me a liar. I record all my phone calls. I have proof. Then she goes and cusses me out and hangs up on me. That is very unprofessional of a owner. No wonder why your prices are going up, your losing your business because you have no customer service.

I have been going there several years, they are amazing, I go to a particular person, she does exactly what you want done, which is something I had a problem with at other places.. she is amazing.... won't go anywhere else

I visited Trenton this past week and went with my mom to get our hair cut with Jesse at Jessies Chop Shop. I have really short hair and I've spent years trying to find someone who could give me a nice feminine and stylish haircut. Because I was going with my mom to get her haircut with her stylist, I was skeptical on what kind of place it might be but figured why not try this place since I had been reduced to cutting my hair myself and trust me, it wasn't pretty. Jesse did a fantastic job on my hair for a very reasonable price. She went to town with that razor on my hair and she is fast too. This place is a no-frills laid-back and casual salon which makes it even better. They are not pushing products or charging outrageous sums to get a haircut. I love my new haircut and can't say enough good things about Jessies Chop Shop! Located in Brownstown Township which was just a 5 minute drive from Trenton.

went in today to get my eyebrows done and the girl with blonde hair and straight bangs did them idek how she still has a job there but she sucks she fucked my shit up so bad i had to go home to fix them i told her exactly what i wanted not to take too much off and what does she do? take too much off.. idk how good of hair they do but never will i ever come here to get my eyebrows done again. she sucks.
