Jenny's Hair & Beauty Salon in Edison, NJ

JUST No! I had to cancel my hairstyle appointment because of an health emergency and Jenny did not show any empathy! She was extremely rude on the phone and literally hung up on me while all the other vendors I worked with were extremely nice and accommodating. She lacks empathy and needs to work on it. It's safe to say, I will not be going to her again.

This salon is cheap, efficient, and nice. I come here for eyebrow threading and it's still only 5$ as of writing this review. They do a great job and reasonable prices. I get compliments on my eyebrows every time I leave here.

I gave it a 5 star because its a great place and got great prices. Very clean, Staff here are polite and very professional. I bring my daughters here and they are always happy when they are done. Everyone that works here are always happy and they love doing their work. I do recommend this place.

Don't do it. DON'T do it. I purchased a Groupon for wax services, thinking it was a real salon. It is not. It's an eyebrow threading spot with a couple sketchy wax rooms in the back. The wax is cheap, but here's the kicker - THEY DOUBLE-DIP. When I sat up to look, she got a new stick, but when I looked after I was done, there were only two sticks. WTF... she also reused the same strip. The waxing was painful... PAINFUL. I've plucked my leg hair before and felt less pain. The bed broke while I was on it. It BROKE y'all. At around that time, I noticed that the wall was covered in hair that had obviously been pulled from other people's bodies. Ohhhhh and the lip threading was also spotty. They don't have a parking lot so you have to park across the street. Save yourself the trip.

just now This place doesn't even deserve one star. Don't go there at all to get your eyebrows done. I just came from there and that lady messed up by eyebrows. I was trying to have it grow out for my wedding in just a couple freaking weeks and this freaking lady messed it up. Now who knows what I'm going to look like on my wedding day. This place sucks! It litteraly sucks. I will never ever ever go here again. I have an interview tomorrow and she had the audacity to tell me to pencil it in. I've been to many eyebrow places in the past. This is by far the worst place I ever went. I asked her to do it thick and this lady litteraly took off the bottom of my eyebrow. Like are you seriously that incompetent??? STAY FAR AWAY. You'll thank me later
