If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. They are LIARS! I called multiple times before arriving to make sure they can complete the service I asked for.  She told me to come in a 9 but when I got there no one was there. After waiting for almost an hour someone finally came just to tell me they can not come wash and conditioner my hair with extensions after I asked multiple times before.

Si pudiera darles una calificación de 0 estrellas, lo haría. ¡Son MENTIROSOS! Llamé varias veces antes de llegar para asegurarme de que pudieran completar el servicio que pedí. Me dijo que viniera en un 9 pero cuando llegué no había nadie. Después de esperar casi una hora, alguien finalmente vino solo para decirme que no pueden venir a lavarme y acondicionarme el cabello con extensiones después de que se lo pedí varias veces antes.

The worst ,  Vanessa and her staff are very unprofessional.  My hair was frizzy in two days after the blowout and she (Vanessa) refused to fix it .

Don't come here unless you have a full day to waste. They have literally no sense of urgency at all. If you call ahead they will tell you that the shop isn't busy and yet you'll still end up waiting over 5 hours. There's no option to leave because soon as you walk in the door they wash your hair leaving you sitting around with wet hair wrapped in a towel. You also pay extra for your ends and it's still not even.

If I could give less stars I would. So this is what they do: When you come in they shampoo your hair right away and tell you to go sit down. You sit there thinking you're about to be next, nope! You sit there all day, trap you by knowing noone wants to leave with a wet head. They speak English when they want to. It's horrible. Go to Vanessa's. Save your time and money.

Very unprofessional , rough & rude. I've been here for bout 7 hrs . Came at 10:30 hair didn't get washed til 1 and im still sitting here after hrs at 6:46 Don't waste your time or money. Period.
