Please, customers, do not waste your money on this nail shop avoid I came in to get a full set and a pedicure I wanted ombre they told me yes they could do it and did the exact opposite and then charged me more money I was so disappointed and then he got an attitude with me I use this shop like 4 years ago and never had any problems but now the management and the customer service is out the window and I had to go to another nail salon to fix 3 nails and later I ended up taking them off with acetone and hot water because Jennie Nails shop did a horrible job please do not use this salon you will be ripped off and I wanted to cry but I learned a valuable lesson always look at reviews first.
Jennies Nails are just a difficult place to get nails done. Everyone is friendly but short staffed. I understand that sometimes they have to hurry to get the other customers in but it only feels like you are being rushed. Also got my nails done and choose a color for their little set of colors because they didn't have much. The nexts day TWO of the gel nails started to chip off. It wasn't even 24 hours with the new set that they were already chipped.
the nail techs are nice but the nails are HORRIBLE. i've been there a few times in hopes maybe the tech just made a mistake but my nails continued to look terrible. do not go here
*Negative stars*.. Omg this place should be shut down!!! Stopped in for a fill in.. lady was cussin and joking with one of the employees.. I asked for a trim on my nails and now I dont have any nails basically. Theres paint all over the sides of my nails and it's not evenly spread out.. nails are all types of diff shapes. Worst experience and I said stop and basically had to yank my hand away!!!! What in the world is going on at this business!? I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!!
Stopped in unplanned to get a gel polish while waiting on my vehicle repair which was being performed in the shopping center. I had the pleasure of meeting Henry who not only did a great job on my nails but is literally one of the kindest polite people I've ever met. I will be back!
