Best Haircut Ever! I actually didn't notice how great it was until I got home because I had such fun talking to Michael. Do yourself a favor, if you need to look fabulous - have Michael do your hair. You deserve it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon. The staff is absolutely incredible! I have been going to Taryn for 8 years now. She is the blonde wizard. I would never trust anyone else with my blonde curly hair!! People come up to me all the time and ask me who my hair stylist is...she's that good. I had a bad experience years ago with someone cutting off an excessive amount of hair from a different salon and I was traumatized. I would have a panic attack before every hair cut. Then I went to Taryn! Now I'll never go anywhere else.

they called 30 min earlier to cancel my appointment that i booked 1 month earlier. They told me because the stylist is not feeling well, so there's no way she can be here. I understand and respect the fact that they're taking The health of employees and customer seriously especially in this pandemic situation. but the owner could have handle this situation better other than a simple" I'm sorry I know you're already on the way, but there's nothing I can do." I don't feel my time was respected. Their communication after this issue is just not professional enough.

Cassie is amazing! I went in wanting a new look. I gave her free reign and she delivered! I've have never walked out of a salon truly loving my cut and color until now.

So I got married this past Wednesday. I had a hair appointment at another salon, but that stylist canceled on me at 8:30 Wednesday morning. After crying for a little bit, I pulled myself together and called Jeffrey Smith Salon. The woman who answered the phone was empathetic and helpful. She said she would see what she could do and she would call me back. She called back just a few minutes later to let me know that a stylist had agreed to come in early to do my hair. I wish I remembered the stylist's name, but I was a little preoccupied that day. Regardless, she was wonderful and my hair looked as good as it has ever looked. She was gracious about accommodating me; even though I was a last minute appointment I didn't feel like the stylist was giving me any less service than a regular appointment. The receptionist was just as wonderful when I went in as when we talked on the phone. The staff at Jeffrey Smith Salon saved my special day. I am eternally grateful. As a note, I have gone here for waxing services and they were also top notch.
