This has been the only place I've got my eyebrows done for a year now and I'd usually go to one lady recently she hasn't been in so I've been letting others attempt and I've been unsatisfied the last few times. Enough to where I'll start doing my own eyebrows unless the usual lady is there. The atmosphere is beautiful the people can be kind but I'm not getting the service I ask for and that is unpleasant. Hair is nicked in places where it shouldn't be missing neither Eyebrows even and it's not impossible the person I normally go to get it right every time
Ever since Madi left this place has gone downhill. I've been coming here for over a year to recently find out Madi is no longer there after months of being told " she is on vacation ", which turned out untrue. The other ladies at the salon have cut skin with threading and burned my eyebrows with tinting on multiple different occasions. Not to mention horrible shaping. So glad to have found Madi again at her new location!! Would not trust this place lying to clients and hiring uncertified staff. Good place for eyebrows threading. I haven't had mine done for over a month so they were very bushy. I was recommended to wax first then threading afterward for clean. I chose to have all threading instead as I have never done waxing before so I was not comfortable. The service was good. However, there were a few scattered baby hair left but I think it could be because I haven't had mine done for some time.
Madi was so sweet and professional and she did an excellent job on my service. I'm so glad I chose their business and I will be back!
I'm giving 1 star because that's as low as I can go. I made an appointment using the scheduler on the website. Received both an email and a text confirmation. I showed up to my appointment to find out the person who could do my service was already with a client for the next hour. And booked the following hour.
The lady I spoke to at the desk didn't offer any apology, explanation or even a solution. Said she couldn't find my appointment.
If the online booking system was not to be used, why have it on the website?
I won't be returning.
