JCPenney in Yuma, AZ

I was totally disappointed in my experience with the salon. The girl that cut my hair totally did a chop job, my bangs are so short I can't do anything with them. It looks like she took a pair of scissors and just cut as crooked as she could. I told her a couple inches off and she chopped it above my shoulders. It didn't help she did not speak English well either. Will never go back!

Micheal in jewelry really made my experience so amazing. I was given some money to pick out a gift and the task was one I felt a little prepared for, but he really made a much more confidant experience. He helped me make sure the earrings and necklace were paired beautifully. Then he rang us up. And repackaged them into one gift box which he wrapped up in a bag and tissue paper. What a great gift. I'm so excited about tomorrow. Thank you Michael your smile and professionalism was top notch. And much appreciated.

What I like about JCP: - Arriving early in the morning, when everything is unfettered, alive feeling. - When the staff greets you throughout the store with a (seemingly) heartfelt 'good morning;' like I'm VIP...or on a military base. - The sweet deals they have going, on the daily, from the kinks of it (please don't let it be because department stores are closing at an alarming rate!). What I don't like: - Feeling like in a video store (remember those?) and I can't figure out what I want...too many choices! Oh well; "3 out of 4 ain't bad!" Worth checking out!

Extremely disappointed with the Yuma location. I've been using retail me not for quite some time now. That is until last weekend... I stopped by and picked up some items and the cashier straight up refused to use the app, I asked her to explain why, but all she would tell me was that it was not accepted. So I left, went home and ordered all the items from their website along with the code from retail me not with no issues. I will never set foot in that store again.

Great store. Clean and well kept.
