JCPenney in Taylor, MI

I dont mind the new hours but they need to update their website at the taylor, MI store.. it shows that they are open right now and its 11:30am.. I'll wait but would have been nice to know this change instead of putting the new hours off to the side of the doors.. why not POST IT ON THE DOOR ITSELF !! so people can see it and MAKE IT BIGGER!! you literally have to get out of your car to read the hours!! other than that i like this store!!

Did some Christmas shopping here and found a nice shirt that I wanted to purchase for a family member. They didn't have the size needed on the rack. I found some help after searching around and was told "we probably have it, but it hasn't come off the truck yet." This did me no good. When I made a purchase of a different item, the cashier was not super friendly at all. Seemed kind of frustrated with having to work. The store was however fairly clean and well organized.

JC Penny's is the worst store I have ever had the misfortune to go in. My daughter was visiting, so we went into Franklin Park Mall. We had a really great day, then we went into JC Penny's. I don't know how they are still open. There was no one in at all that we could see. The staff we saw looked disinterested. My daughter wanted to look at a handbag that was chained, we were stood there for about 10 minutes, so I looked around for a member of staff to assist. I found one, who promptly told me I'd have to wait for the person who works that spot to come back from wherever she was. We left. Absolutely the worse service ever, rude staff, lacklustre store. I can see why everyone shops on Amazon.

I recently was looking for some Dockers signature stretch Slim men's pants and Levi's 505 jeans in black color for my husband to replaced his old pairs, non of them I could find at other web site, all the sudden I decide to log in to my JCPenny account which I have not use for few years, I want to say, That must be my super lucky day, not only I catches good price deal I was also able to found exactly the styles and the size for him, so I quickly submitted my ordered and I want to say all the items were came in a timely manner with nice quality too.

Well Black Friday all jewelry and watch and electronics register's can only check u out if the item you are buying are in there department so I tried to buy kitchen Package And I ask if could pay the clothes too that I had. And they said I would have go in the other lines after paying for a very expensive kitchen set . That other line wrap around 4 Isles. so I said for get the kitchen package and that I think I should get special treatment. I just that any Register in my store would be open to any customer that there shopping experience is good. I counted they have 8 registers throughout the store and that are closed. And a lot of employees just standing around
