I didn't get to go in, on Google is says they open at 10 (it was a Thursday) I got there around 9 (finished other errands early) at 10 I got out of my car, prepared to go in and a sign on the door says they open at 11.
I was truly disappointed this evening as my wife and I tried, key word tried, to shop in your store. My wife is in a power wheel chair. She had a very difficult, if not impossible, time of trying to get around in the store. The main isles were so packed with displays she was barely able to get past them. A clerk asked her if she needed help. My wife said she wanted to look at some hoodies. The clerk said, let me know what you want and I will get it. NOT the point.
My wife is very independent and does not need someone to bring her things. We overheard another associate saying the reason Penny's does not have shopping carts is people would knock over the displays. My point is this. Why must you be so concerned about filling your stores with so much merchandise people can't wade through it? Maybe you should just put up a sign that says: No Wheelchairs or disabled people.
