Terrible customer service. Purchased jewelry 75 days ago Bought the "service plan". The chain fell apart 2 days ago without any pulling or tearing. Went in to store. The cannot find the care plan and wouldn't replace or repair the chain. This is the Third issue we have had with poor quality items. The staff was minimally helpful I walked up on the 2 sales people talking trash about us. I dont remember their names but it's a young man and a young lady with dark hair. (December 8) completely unprofessional and shoddy items they dont stand behind. I will never shop here again...
The hours on this site need to be updated. It says they are open at 7am on Tuesdays but that is NOT the case. They are not open until 10am Monday-Friday! Unfortunately for me, I learned that the hard way
Usually enjoy shopping at this particular jcpenney but this is the worst shopping experience. I was only there to return a men's belt and stood in customer service with only one person in front of me for over 20 minutes. The sales rep called for assistance at least twice and never got any to help her. Unfortunately for her, she didn't seem competent at doing a return then ordering the same product online in a different size. I do not plan on shipping her again when I can go to Kohls or the Avenues, as well as online.
I was late getting my son to another's child's party n had to drive him almost an hour out of my way. It should have been a simple " let me get three people in line then get this item reordered for you" but it was not.
