They're perfectly fine letting people not wearing masks in their store, yet they "can't" put foundation on my skin, to match me, (like every other sephora can) when i'm actually wearing a mask?????
Awful experience. The woman that helped me was a tall brunette. She rolled her eyes when I was talking and then grabbed a product out of my hand that I was buying. She said I couldn't open the box. I left the store and decided to order online.
I called and spoke to Miss Mikaela with tons of questions yesterday. This lady KNEW WHAT SHE WAS SAYING and was so patient. This encouraged me to pop into the store. Miss Missouri helped me and it was clear she was an encyclopedia. She answered tons of questions about their products, its different chemical make up and its effectiveness on skin. They were very easy to talk to. They actually appreciated that I had lots of questions. I didn't feel like they were trying sell, but wanted to help. I was reminded if I wanted to cash in my birthday gift (that's mindful) during cash out. I also received a mini smokey eye session. I learned A LOT. Miss Missouri was able to teach me many new pointers. Few notes for the store it should be bigger. Please offer products at JCPENNEY locations the stand alone stores have (ie Tata Harper, Lancôme, etc), more selections of clean beauty and perfumes. These ladies made my night really and I felt like I was at home thanks to them. They do their job very well, know their stuff, are professional and most importantly take great pride in their work! Bravo!
