Great Clips in Lee's Summit, MO

I just left the Lakewood Great clips after getting a great cut from Misty.

I get my hair cut here every couple weeks. There are a couple stylists I prefer, Misty &  Christina, and will usually wait for them but even when I don't I've never had what i would call a bad haircut. I just feel like a few are willing to spend a little extra time paying attention to the details and maybe even have a little more skill. But everyone is really nice. I've been coming here for years and never heard anyone be rude or even remotely close to rude. Besides Misty & Christina there are could others that give me good haircuts but I don't know their names.

You may question the 4 stars and sure it's not a high end shop. But you don't go there expecting  a high end "on the Plaza" hair style. For the level of shop this is this great clips is at least 4 star. If someone has a bad experience there I would have to suspect the problem last with them. The stylists at this shop are very kind and professional.

Don't ever go here. Misty is the rudest, most unkind hair dresser I have ever met! As the parent I am allowed to stand and make sure you don't cut too much hair off my son's head. What we left with was much shorter than what I asked for and showed her. Then, to not even say thank you or have a good day when we leave. She was awful. I'm sorry you hate your job, but your customers are essentially who you get your paycheck from. Treating people with a little bit more kindness can go a long way.

Dont ever go here, i came in to get a hair cut, ask for a fade on the side and trim on the top. Without out saying anything she fade really quick and cut my top very short. I ask her this is not a trim and you didnt ask me how short on the top. Stupid lady said a trim is a cut.  The lady here doesnt even care and cut however they want. Dont ever come here you wont get what you ask for.

I have been going to this salon for several years now. My stylist is the best.  She does exactly what I want and I walk out satisfied. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and tidy.

For a quick haircut on someone that doesn't care what they look like, this is your place. It's hard to believe these people pass the beauty school license test. The old 'put a bowl on their head and cut around it's seems like their official training.
