Giving this department store three stars is generous, because I was in dire need of a $7 ugly Christmas sweater. It's July, folks. Why don't you have any sweaters out? Unbelievable. People don't understand how quickly December comes around anymore, and by the time it does arrive, all the hideous Christmas sweaters are in other customers' closets and not your shopping cart.
I must say, however, the store is very clean and spacious for all its overstocked clearance racks to threaten your Washington Capital One card.

This was the worst customer experience I've had. As a business consultant I teach customer service to businesses. In my assessment, Salesclerk 0316 should not interact with the public. But, since the store accepts his belligerent and hostile behavior, I expect that they do with other salesclerks, too. I cannot recommend this business.
Me and my friends were at J.C. Penny one day at the mall, and we were all sitting on the beds. Well, this crude manager came over and asked us if we needed any prices. Then, my friend said "No we are just trying them out". The manager must have thought he said "No were just chillin. That crude manager said to us "Well, There is no chillin here, y'all need to get off the beds and go somewhere else. So, my conclusion about that is go to Macy's instead because there the manager are nice and tell you, you can sit on the beds as long as you want, and you can even take a nap if you wan't to. Macy's has much of a wider range of things to get and not as expensive either.
