I dropped by JC Penney to do a pitstop! I had been driving around Rochester for a couple of hours and needed to take a break. I dropped by Apache Mall and parked next to this JC Penney. The women's washroom is clean. I have no complaints. I had a Wild game to catch in St. Paul, so I didn't spend a lot of time here. I did like seeing all the sports apparel. All major Minnesota teams, including the Gophers, are represented here. There was a sale going on where you buy one item and get the second for 50% off. I rarely shopped at JC Penney when I lived here. However, in recent years, I have grown to love it. It has a Sephora section, which has been handy when I needed a replacement brush for my Clarisonic Mia facial device. The store is brighter and cheerful compared to what it used to be. It was nice to check it out again after many years. (6)
Black friday deals are awesome! Got myself a new pair of boots for just $20 and pretty much got most of my shopping done. Got some super deals on bath towels that I needed so badly. Nike stuff was all on sale too, I got a hoodie for just $29.
What a poor excuse for A retail store! I've given JCP way too many chances! Customer service is poor, as it takes 3 people to do one transaction at the cash register, they don't clean out the dressing rooms, the sales people don't know where things are at, they took down their price-scanners, and their selection is sub-par! This is the reason JCP is closing around the nation!!!!
