I rarely shop JC penny. Went w/friends. The store was having one of their biggest sales days.plus 30-50% off your order at the register when you " picked a card" ( to scratch off) . They had good selection , great prices & super helpful salespeople. You don't see that too much anymore. Usually you can't find anyone on the floor. Our cashier Katie was courteous , PATIENT( we were a lot to handle , lol) , & professional. She helped us get the best deal for our $$ . I would recommend this store in Oneonta NY& I would 100% come back.

Lynn Is A Absolute Pleasure to Deal with!! This Place is Very Special to My Husband and I... The Picture of us, is a Picture after we got our Promise Rings to Each other in October of 2021. We wanted somewhere that had a good Protection Plan for the Ring and was in Oneonta! (We weren't/aren't really picky.) Fast Forward, we are so Happy with the Ring Cleans, the Protection Plan, and The Prices! And Decided to actually Get Our Wedding Rings there! The Sweet, Adorable Lady who helped us NOT ONCE, but BOTH Times! Once in 2021, and once in 2023, has made our whole Ring Shopping SO MUCH Easier!! And, She pretty much watched our Relationship Bloom into the Marriage it is today. She gave her Honest Opinions on the Width of the Band, Size of the Gem, Sizes, Weight of the Diamond Overall, Carats... Lynn C really KNOWS Her STUFF!! My Husband and I had Full Faith, and Confidence what she was Teaching us and recommending to us was Vital and Good. She was very Helpful, and Friendly! She would make us Laugh and Encourage The Love between My Present-Day Hubby and I!! We were Blushing so Hard! She was British so She would call Us "Smitten Kittens" Then, when we came back and told her we were having a Baby and Getting Married, she was Enthralled for us!! I feel like Lynn is a Person Who Genuinely cares for the Best of Others, and Is Excited for Good things to Happen to the People She cares for! It shows in her Job! We love the knowledge she offered us with the Protection Plan, ESPECIALLY the Second time around when My Husband Bought me my Marriage Band! She explained the benefits of the Plan, and Gave us A Neatly Organized Pamphlet With Our Receipts Stapled Neatly Inside! For a Lifetime, No Deductible, Warranty Plan... it's Fairly Priced for the Price Paid... To say the Least: we Left feeling rather Euphoric, Excited and Encouraged For Our Future! The first Time. The Second Time: it was like Returning to an Ol' Friend to Touch Base with Her! We May Even have her for Our Wedding! She told me I can come there Anytime to have my Gorgeous Rock Cleaned. And I can get it resized, Buffed ,and Tended to anytime! My Husband told her: "I got the Right girl, now I just need the Right Ring!" And He got it here with the Help Of Lynn from JC Penny! I gasped in "Awe" when I seen my Ring for the First time. It's absolutely Perfect! Thanks Lynn! their expensive and you can get the same stuff some place else without their coupons Lol. their salon sucks. I had a credit card through them and they canceled it. it was always paid. just saying if you think that they will ever understand during crisis times, think again. they are definitely peices of shit!!!! I teally hope and pray that all their stores close down and the online stores. shitty people right there!!!
