I stopped in to see if I could get a haircut and the lady behind the counter was on the phone and ignored me and my sister. We patiently waited for 5 to 6 minutes and we're not even acknowledge. Customer service was non existent. Sad and pathetic.
I went to get my hair dyed and it came out terrible. Not even slightly what I asked for. Went in the next day to give them the benefit of the doubt to get it fixed and the lady just made it look brighter. Do not go there at all...
10/10 worse blow out I have ever gotten, the lady was extremely condescending, and then over charged me extremely. My 4 year old little brother could have given me a better blow out than this girl. Don't go here
My 18 year old daughter is a licensed cosmotologist and was hired at Cutting Crew in Oneonta, NY. She's considerably younger than the other stylists and needed guidance as this is her first experience working in a salon. One would think that the manager would have recognized her inexperience prior to employment and planned to help develop her as a stylist but NOOOOO! This manager worked her without pay, criticized her in front of clients, and made her feel as if she couldn't do anything right. She's been in tears daily. Today she called work to check her hours and the manager asked her if she was bringing any clients in with her. The manager basically told her don't bother coming in when she responded that she wasn't. I thought cutting crew was a walk in salon??? I sense a very unkind person not to mention a sketchy salon. Stay away.
Had a horrible experience! Came in with my 14 year old daughter and her friend. All wanted color. The lady who had my daughter was FABULOUS and you could tell knew her stuff. She did an amazing job. But that's were it needed. The lady who had my daughter friend was very obvious about not wanting to do what was asked. And we did understand that she couldn't do what was asked but it would be close. No it wasn't it was horrible she didn't even make it to the car before she was in tears. And as far as mine I had a picture and was told no problem. I left looking the same as I did when I walked in. Complete waste of money. I will never go there again and now have to have my hair redone. Would be nice for a refund but by the way the "manager" sounded on a he phone that won't be happening. If you need a hair cut don't go there you won't be happy and will spend a lot of money on nothing
