JCPenney in Lafayette, IN

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and offered to help.  The check out process was a breeze. I'll definitely be back!

FOR SEPHORA- I must give the ladies 5 stars this week.  Was in town on vacation stopping through , I forgot my foundation, brought the wrong color, was in a rush and looked orange ! Alix was beyond helpful! She found the perfect color for my skin, totally applied it for a full face application and saved my entire vacation. She had an amazing attitude ! I had my son with me who loves to flirt and chat so we had to take a bit of time because he was there also not to mention he needed some snacks in the middle of everything. She was so patience and sweet to my son which means everything. Thank you for just being a decent person to help us :)

The toilet paper sucks in the bathrooms! It is a thin as paper and ripped when you tried to pull it out of the box.

Very poor impression with poor service, few registers were working, lines. Don't waste time you can find more friendly retailer. This store like a picture from history of my mom

JCPenney has been strange as of late, with their attempt to become a store with a high-end Wal-Mart pricing structure. They have reverted to their "door-buster" and coupons system, but the internal layout makes the place feel like a collection of semi-related stores. Sort of a mini-mall within the mall, but at least with a united checkout (I think0.

With that said, I tend to do most of my clothes shopping here due to the presence of coupons and their store credit card. However, for most things that I would consider, they tend to have something I like. Perhaps not trendy, but I'm no fashion expert. Their prices are not outrageous, and the sales help make them competitive with similar stores.

Still, the new division based on brands is so weird!
