JCPenney in Jacksonville, NC

I bought these earrings at Penny's they're the kinds at the front goes into the back well now I can't get the earring out of my ear it will not come out I don't know what I'm going to do or how I'm going to get it out but it's like stuck together or something so I'm just letting you know buyer beware!!

When with the wife to the mall and went through this store.  Found great deals on men's coats, shirts, and pants.  Corduroy sport coat for less than $70.  So besides the mall being an unconstitutionally gun free zone not a bad place.  Meanwhile a criminal walks in to the mall knowing all the lawful citizens inside are unarmed and both mall security officials are nowhere to be seen.  Great job violating my constitutionally guaranteed and inalienable right to self defense.

Hey have a back to school 10 dollar deal that was awesome.  Great haircuts and styles.  Kids happy.  Did have to remind both stylists to keep masks above their noses, and one (not ours) had hers down the entire time. 4 stars only because of masks. Otherwise would had been 5.  Will go back.

Absolutely love this salon! We've been going here for almost 5 years. The cliental we observed on our last visit range from children to seniors.
The atmosphere has changed tremendously since we began coming there. The new manager Eddie was constantly interacting with customers & employees. Everyone seemed happy & helpful. Totally getting feel of a boutique salon in a corporate setting. Recommended great products. Our daughters & myself love our haircuts, color, & highlights. Definitely recommend giving it a try.
Hopefully you will also be pleasantly surprised & have a refreshing experience in the new environment like we did.

I went to the hair salon inside of JCPenny's and saw Payton (hope I spelled that right) and was blown away by how well everyone worked together and her ability. She was incredible the entire time. Asked if I needed anything and brought me refreshments as often as I wanted with a genuinely happy smile. Her coworkers also were asking other clients if they needed anything as well as helping out wherever they could with other hairstylists. Everyone was happy and having a good time together. The vibe was just awesome and I didn't see not one person unhappy or complaining about a darn thing.
I highly recommend Payton for any coloring needs. They had a big deal going on at the same time as I was there. I got my hair cut, colored, blow dried and straightened, plus two liter sized SnC's and my total was $85!!!! The blow dry was alright, she didn't get all of my hair dry, and the straightening wasn't very good at all, but it's the thought that counts I suppose- I wasn't too concerned since I was putting it up in a ponytail anyway. I gave a hefty tip for how amazing the entire experience was. I will be going back every time from now on.
