I went to this location based on the great yelp reviews. My expectations were pleasantly met with Genevieve! She really took her time to listen to want I wanted and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I'm happy with my clean, shaped, and even brows :)
After a bad experience at another BrowBar, I was a bit hesitant about getting my brows done. However, after putting it off for awhile, I decided to stop and see if there was anytime to get them done - without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon arriving (I would later learn the young ladies name was Geneveve) and told she would be able to assist me when she was done with her current client. From the time I sat in the chair Geneveve was personable, kind and understanding. I explained that I had a bad experience and was nervous. She took her time and explained what she was doing at each step of the way. My eyebrows turned out wonderful. She showed me some of the products available, and explained how they might benefit my brows, as well. Geneveve was amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone needing their eyebrows done. I will be returning to her again soon!
