JCPenney in Burton, MI

Went here for new curtains after hunting dozens of stores for eight months. They had 100% cotton panels in many color and pattern options. Very good quality and reasonable prices. this has become my go-to for curtains. I have found the service to be very good, from the management staff to the check out clerks, with one exception, a clerk who was still fairly new to her job. I highly recommend their custom blinds associate who was super helpful and was willing to help even though she didn't end up making a commission from me (yet).

I had the worst experience there ever .. not olnt did I have a cashier Dimirli at 410 pm 11/29/2020 be super rude to my mother and I . She was horrible !!! She needs fired . I asked a few different questions and she was so rude to us threw our stuff around argued with us over a coupon instead of explaining it to us. But a few day earlier my sister got robbed in their parking lot and they did nothing for her and wouldn't pull cameras . I refuse to let this go. I'm going to make sure EVERYONE knows what this store lets their employees do .

Recently remodeled, yet again, and very clean and well-organized. Overall, I like this JCPenney, probably more so than the larger JCP across town. This one has better customer service, plasma tv's and comfortable seating near the dressing rooms and shorter waits at the cash wraps than the GVC store location. Although this JcPenney is smaller, it's better-run and it still has a Sephora, hair salon and a good clothing selection for both men and women. While I live much closer to the GVC location, I will go out of my way to come to this JcPenney.

My hometown jam! As far as department stores go, Penney's is a fav. This store is only a few years old, so the dressing rooms are super nice (flat screen TVs and chairs if you're waiting for someone to try on swag), and every department has a pretty good selection. Also, there's a Sephora in-store, which is the only one I know of in the area.
