was referred to this pet salon. I had a retriever that was a bit a mess, as he was a little overdue. His groomer had the work cut out & went above and beyond. Charge was very reasonable.Taking my Pom there next!
I have taken all 3 of my dogs here and always had a great experience. They now take cards which makes it even easier!
First time taking our dogs here and if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. They cut all three of our dogs nails too short and it looked like a murder scene in our car. Lorna had one nail bleeding, Moxxi had two, and Jinjer had three bleeding toenails! This is completely unacceptable and the only reason we went there is because Dirty Paws (who has never done this to our dogs) isnt open on Saturdays. Jinjer is in so much pain, I am so upset. I am disgusted at their carelessness. Our puppy ended up throwing up afterward as well.
Tried this place a couple times. Their idea of grooming seems to be giving dogs a bath and a buzz cut. This groomer is the equivalent of going to the barber college for a haircut vs visiting a licensed barber. Won't be back.
