Walked in a couple of days ago and some lady named Sarah asked if I needed anything but it was the lamest quickest way ever like, "hi guys, do you need any help? Just let me know." And walked away didn't even wait for us to ask her if we needed anything maybe she worked at a clothing store before cause she was so impersonal and not fun. I thought they all knew how to do makeup this girl was so unprofessional looking. I will just go to another location service sucks here
I love Sephora because there are so many employees on the floor to help you and they are constantly asking me if I'm okay and if I need help finding anything. Sometimes it does get a bit annoying because another employee just asked if I was okay but I'd rather have them asking then ignoring me! Plus they're super nice and don't look or act stuck up like a lot of makeup staff can be. Since the store just opened back up we're not allowed to touch samples and it slipped my mind and one of the supervisors told me nicely I couldn't touch. She wasn't rude one bit. Apparently the staff at Ulta is below par so I'm glad Sephora is open again.
