I can't say enough how amazing this nail spa is. I love love love Mandy and her beautiful skills. For me, best nail techs in Bakersfield.

Worse place ever... sat in cold water for 50min while they took walk in for fills.. if I could give them -000 stars I would.

Worst Nail Salon Experience!! ^^PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING^^ Do not Recommend!!! It may look Beautiful and welcoming on the outside but the inside of this salon and services are absolutely terrible! Walk in clients service request: 2 Pedicures,1 Full set 1 Nail removal and manicure. We were seated for our pedicures first. As one of us was receiving service, the other was sitting for 45 MINUTES IN COLD WATER NO JETS. Completely forgotten about. After 45 minutes she told the associate working on me politely if she could have warm water or move to another seat because her feet were very cold, the associate instead ADDS MORE cold water to the tub. An associate was made available to work on her but the results weren't what she expected. As the associate worked on her his work did disappoint. From the cleanliness of her nails down to the color were absolutely terrible. After her pedicure was finished it was time for the full set. The client already had a set of Acrylic nails on, she wanted them removed and to put on a fresh set of nails. The associate instead dismisses what she wants and says get a fill. The client then again states no fill, just too remove the old set because it's time for a new set of nails. The associate looked visibly irritated prior to the client even sat down. The associate's technique on removing the previous nails was so aggressive that it broke the natural nail underneath to the point of blood seeping through. Obviously the client was in pain and asked her to use the drill to file down the acrylic INSTEAD OF using her way, that way no further harm will come of the her nails. The nail technician decided to use the drill which she controlled and push it too the fastest setting and HURTING the client MULTIPLE TIMES out of frustration. The client's patients was gone at this point, the Nail tech was hurting her on purpose and at this point it's too painful to sit through. The nail tech decided it would be best to REMOVE HERSELF FROM THE ROOM AFTER HURTING the client multiple times and now leave her ALONE sitting in a bowl of ACETONE FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES. It wasn't until after the client got up to show the other nail techs what their associate is doing to her, when she came back into the room and demanded for the client to sit back down and let her finish. We should've walked out without paying, but out of consideration for the other associates trying to make us feel better we paid for 2 pedicure and 1 removal with a "manicure". Absolutely deserving to walk out of but out the kindness of our hearts COULDNT bring to do! Worst of all about the establishment.... $15 EXTRA FOR GEL POLISH?!?? ^^^DO NOT RECOMMEND^^^ ^^^One right next to Vallarta^^^

Loveeee this nail salon!! My pedicure was so relaxing and my full set turned out so beautiful! Their nail techs are so talented and their nail designs are so creative with so much attention to detail. Nathan and Mandy are amazing and they always make sure that service is on point. This is definitely my new go to spot.

i got some spiderman nails and the lady never said that she couldn't do them. I had to keep aski her to fill in the spots she didn't do. she rushed doing my nails. the spider that was supposed to be on both my ring fingers have 5 legs and when I asked her to take it off, she said "no five good for you" like what kind of spider has 5 legs on each side equaling 10. And when I still asked her to take it off she started to grab the drill because she would have to do the entire 2 nails over. I spent $126 dollars in that place. I will never be going back to that place nd if I did only Nate will be doing my nail. My feet were $29 and my nails were $95, Plus a $2 card fee. For that kind of money I expect to get what I ask for.I had been going to this nail since it opened and today was my last straw with them. Thanks for nothing galaxy nails spa.
