Booked appointments several days in advance only to be cancelled at the last minute for one of them. Because their 1:00 had to go get products, they called me at 1:10pm. I'm sorry, but if you're not ready at your appointment time, then you should have to reschedule. I wish I could give 0 stars
I go to the pick up line after ordering online and it is chaos every time. I'm waiting in line watching literally four cashiers standing around one register trying to figure out what to do. Meanwhile the line has literally 15 people in it. There is no customer service in this store except one person. I don't know his name but the last time the line was long he told me he could get me over in shoes. He was an older African American man and he was fabulous!!! Very helpful and very nice. The other employees could learn from him. His attitude and his smile made all the difference. Do better JC Penney. I spend enough in this store not to get better service!
If i could give this store 0 stars i would. No one will Answer the phone. I called 4 times and all you get is an automatic message. I finely got through and the person that answered the phone did not know what was in her department. I asked for the store manager which i dont even know if that is who i talked to because that RUDE lying Bitch should be fired for how she acted. She would not tell me her name said she was the assistant to the manager and would not put the manager on the phone. I hope that store closes as the merchandise is poor quality. I hope that store closes down and all of those Rude employees are out of work before Christmas. They can eat shit before i will ever go back there
It is impossible to get help in this store ! Especially in the "blind and window covering" department. I have walked the floor for 15 minutes and asked 2 different cashiers to help me get help . I have been here 20 minutes and still no one to help me!!!! I was going to buy blinds here for my new home, but I guess I will go somewhere that will appreciate my business!!!! (I even tried to call the department and the phone just rings and rings. Can't even leave a message!)
