Jazzy Nails in Kenner, LA

Always come through with my nails. And sadly I do get ingrown toenails so Kathy can and has always gotten them out. I highly Rex come down them. Ask for stacy. B

Just save your time, money and energy. I've never been to a more ghetto establishment. My usual place was booked and I was in the area so I stopped here. Big mistake. I got a pedi with gel
polish. The pedi was subpar, I got in my car and still had residue from the exfoliant in between my toes and on the bottom of my feet. Polish was on my skin and it wasn't smooth. My polish looked crinkled. I went to my regular place a few days later to get it fixed and they had to cut my cuticles. It was as if I never had a pedi. I will never go here again.

Never again! The staff is so unprofessional. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left I felt completely unwelcome. They were just so loud and inappropriate about their conversations, even with their customers. I went in for a refill and they tried to charge me the same as a full set!! Refills here according to the board are $15 and I was told at the end of my nail session that I owed $41. The justification for this $41? I had two broken nails and I was charged for shaping, which I already came there with my original shape so they didn't have to do any additional shaping ?! After pointing out to the lady what the price reads on the actual board , they re-calculated my total and I still felt uncomfortable about paying even that much . My nail tech was rude and talked about me to her coworker and even pointed at me and my nails!(I translated!)
She had no concern for my comfort level, she nicked me so many times, my fingers were burning, the filing process was so rough! I would take my hand away and she would just continue with the same roughness. I asked for a design and what I got was just horrid. (Of course you don't see how bad it looks until you leave.) Within a week, I had 4 nails break!!! One came off from me scratching my scalp!!! Thank goodness I didn't waste the $41 they were trying to charge me! I regret paying for what I did! Just go elsewhere! This is not your place for quality!! Or really anything for that matter.

Stacy & the rest of the girls are absolutely amazing & always do such an amazing job on whatever it is u have them do... Waxing, manicure, pedicure, lashes etc..... Been going here for yrs & its always a blast cuttin up and talking with the girls. I will forever be a loyal #jazzydoll!!!!

Best Service In Kenner ! I Love this place , highly recommend  Nice Clean place and lovely staff !
