Went there today, place was empty & the owner was the only one working . Extremely unfriendly & unpleasant. She would give me her commands under her breath which made it even more difficult to understand. A woman came in ( in the middle of my pedicure) only wanted her toe nails polished so the owner left me sitting & proceeded to do the other lady. She cleaned my nails in one foot & not the other,Proceeded to polish without the toe separators & sent me off to the drying place (another woman came in for a touch up) The polish rubbed off onto other toes, I was so mad I left! NEVER AGAIN will I step into that dump! All these nail people need a lesson on manners, smiling & being pleasant. How they make a living is beyond me! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I went in for a basic manicure. The woman that did my nails didn't seem to have adequate training for this, or maybe I just caught her at a bad time. My cuticles were pushed, but not trimmed. They were torn on most nails. They didn't use sterile tools. The file she used was so used she had to throw it away. When she painted my nails she used a "dabbing" motion that caused the paint to look terrible and got a lot of paint on my fingers. The top coat she used was called "out the door" and to use that you have to cover the whole nail because it causes shrinking. She only painted top coat on a little bit of each nail. Over all the customer service was lacking, no one even spoke to me not even the lady doing my nails and my nails looked terrible. Not to mention that it was more pricy than my usual salon, or any of the others around town. I'm sorry, but this place isn't that great and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
