If I could I would give them 0. Unprofessional and careless. Each time I drive by this place, it reminds me of terrible hair cut I had in that place. By far worst one in my life and I have a lot of hair cuts in my life at age of 60.
Absolutely atrocious, brought my son (5) who gets haircuts every 3 months so it's something he's more than familiar sitting for. We asked for a mullet/Mohawk since his hair isn't long enough for a true mullet just yet. Specified to save as much length as possible, the cut started off perfect was looking good right off the bat I looked away for a moment when I looked back up she had buzzed half my sons head. When asked why she's giving him a fade she told me she wasn't done yet and that it's not a fade. My son left that chair not even ten minutes after that and the sides of his head aren't even blended together, the back tail of the Mohawk is off center, and he now has straight across bangs??? So correct it's not a fade just and absolutely terrible haircut . I was offered no condolences or resolutions just that it will grow back and get over it but lord we're they still ready to be paid.
I had a professional named Jen do my hair last time and she did a great job! I've been looking to find a "go - to " person for awhile and I finally have. She was very friendly and I can tell she loves her job. She not only took care of me but made sure all other customers in their store were taken care of as well. I'm looking forward to going back!
