AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE this salon! The atmosphere & stylists are both so warm & inviting. Jamie Reed has been doing my hair for years. She is trustworthy & professional! I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! She is always upfront and honest with what to expect at my future appointments. I am a natural brunette and I always feel it is difficult to find a hair stylist who listens and provides realistic feedback on what I want. She always has great, fun suggestions! Jamie keeps my hair beautiful and healthy :)
Buyer Beware! I realize that sometimes users of Yelp! can be vindictive and write bogus reviews because they were offended at the slightest interaction with staff. This is not one of them. My wife had an appointment TODAY with the Haven. Appointment was at 11am. She didn't return for another 6.5 hours and almost $200 later. My wife has been rockin' a darker, almost Auburn for a few months and was wanting to go lighter, a caramel. I'm cool with that. I'm also good with the estimate of $120. 6.5 hours later (LITERALLY), she returns with hair four inches shorter and freakin' two shades lighter! You know, I know it would take a couple hours to get the work done but freaking six point five hours?!?! And there is HARDLY a difference in the color from before she went in! I don't normally do reviews but I really feel ROBBED of both TIME and MONEY today. We had other plans and this bullshit 6.5 hour for a next to nothing job really screwed over not just us but this small store. Y'all are THE worst hair "salon" my wife has been to ever. And I realize it's a small town here and rep might get out, but seriously, you need to actually provide a goddamned professional service if you're expecting us to pay your ridiculous prices!
