Worst nails I've ever gotten
Beautiful shop but not everyone in there knows there shapes. The nail tech messed up my shape (also super thick) then tried to blame me that I didn't correct her earlier on it. One she never asked me if she had done correctly and two it's not my job to question her work if this is her profession. Literally 2 more techs came over and from the looks on there faces they knew she had done my nails wrong and tried to clean up her sloppy work. The shop was so busy on a Sunday they asked me to come back during the week so they could fix- felt like I came on. Sunday for a reason I clearly would not be available during the week between work and flying out. I still processed with the pedicure they claimed not to have the matching gel color to the dip when I asked from start did the color have a matching gel. I was told rather matter of fact that all the dips had a matching gel. Well the same person had to eat crow and tried to put a different shade on me- I had to tell her no. Not sure why she hadn't taken the time to find the matching color from the get go when I asked. I had to search for the proper matching color. That was my first and last time at jade - I only went because my regular tech was closed on Sunday and her available times didn't align with my schedule before my trip.
The pics I have are after they tried to fix the almond shape nails. Let's just say when I got to my trip destination 2 days later the nail tech there said the nails looked terrible and thought a beginner or myself had tried to do my nails. My bf and friends also hated the brown  to the point they noticed how bad they were. Not only did I not go back to jade cuz I don't have time but also at check out they had the audacity to over charge me for the crappy job- they should have discounted for that crap and on top of that I ended up being  in the shop for 2 hours : the brown pics are literally from when I got the nails done and the next day. The lady in the strip shirt is who did the set - please avoid if u go she doesn't know what she is doing

My favorite nail place in Baton Rouge. They have lots of colors to choose from and always do a good job. The only down side is that they are usually always busy, which means you will have to wait.

Found this salon nicely tucked off Siegan Lane.

So far, so good. Today was my third visit and I think I have finally found a solid nail salon to call home. They are very clean and organized. They offer manicure services, gel/shellac, powder dip, ombré, nail designs, and more than 4 pedicure options.

Did I mention how I'm a stickler for time? So I typically call about 3-4 days ahead to schedule my appointment. Each time, I've walked in and went straight to the chair (+bonus points). On Sundays, I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment-- just an FYI

They are detailed in their work and will even go the extra mile to match the color polish I desire which I very much appreciate.

I've even witnessed them service a family of four (father, mother, and 2 daughters) on a Sunday and it was a perfect atmosphere for a family outing of relaxation!

I was trying my best to keep this gem quietly tucked in my pocket but I would be doing Jade a disservice by not sharing my review. :)

Yen provided great customer service. The deluxe pedicure (lavender) with the hot rocks WAS SUPERB!! I will get the deluxe pedicure next time I come back to Jade's!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

First time I went I ask for French manicure tips and they started doing my own nails so I corrected them again to please add tips...they price for a set was higher than normal so I went back in two weeks for a refill only and was charge $60 for a refill??? She stated gel refill but I told her the basic refill of the same nail...they are over priced and act like they don't understand when you tell them the services you want then over charge you at the end...I will never come back nor recommend..you definitely don't get what you pay for total rip off!!
