Relaxing, professional spa that offers great service at a truly valuable price. Shelby, Donna, Amanda, Heather & Jackie are all fabulous. I haven't experienced many services with the other staff, but I'm sure they're fantastic as well. I definitely recommend this day spa.

Fantastic! I recently visited Jacqueline Morgan for waxing services. I was greeted by two very nice young ladies, who showed me to the very quiet back waiting room. My appointment was with Carrie. My wax was the quickest I had ever had...and that is a GOOD thing!! She was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I honestly do not have one stray hair! I will definitely be returning!

A friend of mine recommended this Spa to me. I went into the Spa, and the wonderful front desk was very welcoming. They offered me a drink, and led me to the "Tranquil Room" where I peacefully filled out my information sheet. When it came time for my massage, my therapist was very personable and brought me into the room, where she asked me what my main concerns were. My massage was excellent! I felt my massage therapist truly cared about what my problem areas were and focused on what I needed. I came back to this Day Spa to have a facial, and again..it was WONDERFUL. My Esthetician asked of my concerns, discussed my options and her recommendations for my needs. I really felt as if the staff here customized everything to my particular needs. I would highly recommend this Spa to anyone and everyone. With a warm, welcoming staff, and a relaxing environment this Spa is the perfect "in-town" getaway.

I was really disappointed in this place. It seemed to have great reviews, so I made a last minute appointment here to get a deep tissue massage. They scheduled me for that same day last minute, which was wonderful, but afterwards I realized why they had availability. I arrived very early. The front desk was wonderful and kind; offered drinks and required a form to be filled out about my problem areas for future spa treatments and for that day's massage. I remember writing down what I came in for my massage for. After I filled out the form, I was sent to the relaxation room. Pretty room, nice music, and thin walls. I could hear the employees' entire conversation about their facebook drama. Arriving early, I listened to it for a while. It didn't bother me too much, because after all, I booked a massage, not a relaxation retreat in the back room of Jacqueline Morgan. Eventually my therapist came to collect me from the room. She was 12 minutes late. It bothered me at first, but because SHE was late, I expected to still have my full hour. She didn't introduce herself (I had to make the first move) and didn't ask about why I came in and what problem areas I had (just asked if I had a massage before). I didn't mind we were moving quickly, I understood she was running late and probably wanted to finish as soon as possible. In fact, I attributed this tardiness to the fact that she clearly didn't read the form I filled out in the beginning, stating who I was and what my 'problem areas' were. This therapist (who didn't have her certificate anywhere on the wall) focused the majority of the time on my legs and arms. After having a few massages and knowing that therapists get in their own groove, I didn't speak up because I expected her to focus on my 'problem areas' at the end. (Maybe she wanted to relax me before working on the really tense muscles, like most masseuses do.) When she finally got to my shoulders, she ENDED THE MASSAGE EARLY. I ended up paying the full amount for a 60 minute massage when I only sat there, getting my legs and arms rubbed, for 45. Plus, I thought I booked a deep tissue session. I could have said something at the desk, but who wants a resentful, rushed therapist? Or even more, who wants a staff that has to unnecessarily cater to you? Bottom line, I'd totally pay an extra forty bucks at Aveda Varuna in Annapolis and have impeccable service than ever book here again. I won't reveal her name, because she was awfully nice, but this was a waste of my money.

Recently, I received a gift from a friend for a 60-minute massage and quickly scheduled my appointment! I've had a few massages in my time but not consistently at the same spa, so I was excited to try a new place closer to home! When I arrived, the salon was clean and bright. The front desk associate was very kind and directed me to the "relaxation room" to wait for my spa representative. The room was quiet and peaceful, with magazines to read and a variety of beverages to drink. Not having to wait long at all, Shelby (my spa representative) took me to my room to get ready for my massage. Again, the room was clean with very low lighting and soft music. Very peaceful. My massage was the best I've ever had. Shelby was very attentive and certainly customized my 60-minutes to my liking. I will recommend this salon to friends and family and I know where I'll go for my next spa service!
