Eve always gives me exactly what I want, even if I don't know how to describe it! Great place with even greater people.

The Tuesday before the weekend we were in town for a wedding, I made an appointment for a blowout. My appointment was at 2:30. I was there earlier because two of my friends also had blowouts. At 2:00 the girl that was supposed to do my hair was given a woman who I believe was a walk-in. 2:30 comes, 2:45 comes and nobody has said a word to me that I was waiting and no explanation of what was going on. At 3:00 I went up to the receptionist and said I had been waiting for half an hour and he said that I would be seen soon. Ok, by this time both of my friends are finished and ready to go. It is now 3:15 and the stylist is still screwing around with this woman's hair...1 hour and 15 minutes I have sat (with an appointment) with NO explanation. I went to the desk and was treated so rudely by some young guy. I said I have been sitting here and now need to leave because I wouldn't give these people a dime and I needed to get ready for the wedding. I wasted an afternoon for nothing and was told, "Oh, sorry." So rude. My friends and I could not believe the attitude of this kid. Terrible way to run a business. Good luck!! Can't believe you have any customers.

I just happened to walk into this place to pick up some hair product. Jacob was so kind, and helpful. I can not express how helpful he was, and knowledgeable about the product I need for my hair. I would definitely come back to buy product from him.

Today I had another fantastic visit at Jacob Neal Salon. The receptionist is always warm, offering water, coffee and a robe/smock to change into. I've been seeing my stylist, McKenzie for around 8 months and couldn't be happier. She's always on time, and does a beautiful job with my hair. I prefer balyage, don't let her dark hair fool you, she knows what she's doing. Over these months my hair has gone from thin, brittle and mis-colored to fuller, stronger with a naturally sunkissed look. Overall, I find everyone at the salon welcoming and Jacob is always on hand. I can't imagine going anywhere else, I'll see you soon!

Im going to start off by saying I LOVE coming here! I see Kaitlyn and she is INCREDIBLE. The entire staff does everything in their power to make sure you feel welcomed, happy, and comfortable. I've been there two times prior to this visit and they know my name as soon as I walk in the door, offer to take my coat, and ask if I would like anything. They don't ask just to ask, they are genuinely interested in your (and your hair's) well-being. My appointments with Kaitlyn feel less like appointments and more like chatting with a friend. She works so hard to achieve the goals I'm striving for and this woman doesn't stop until you're happy. I have very difficult hair, which can take an entire day at times. Kaitlyn makes the time go bye so quickly and she wants her clients to be happy with their results. She toned me twice today without another thought to make sure I achieved the look I was going for. When Jacob Neal says "A woman should have three things; a good pair of shoes, a great handbag, and a fabulous hair dresser." He wasn't wrong. Love this place and would recommend to everyone!
