always a great experience for me, occationally there is a short wait so i never try to go when i am in a hurry and expect to get in right away. they always say upfront if there will be a wait and give me an est time.  everyone is always friendly and attentive!

Will newer go back here !!!! I needed my eyebrows done and they messed them up so bad it's not even funny !!!! First of all they are so uneven that now I have to draw them in so they look even . I could have done a better job myself . And I also got my nails done ,so the guy tolled me it's $12 and nails are 60 .. tell my why my total was 77 !!! Because they add their tip on there with out even asking you !!!!! The worst place to get your nails and eyebrows, so disappointed. Won't be coming there !!!!

Tried this nail salons after a friends recommendation. And wasn't super impressed with the hygiene practices, it was a decent manicure procedurally. But none of their tools came from a fresh package and when she was done with my nails they went back into a little plastic box.. kinda gross if you ask me. Price was average for a gel manicure and they had a lot of color options.

I decided to give them a second chance since last summer I waited an hour to get in and the pedicure was rushed. Today, after making an appointment 4 days earlier ONLINE for a 1:00 appt., I was looked over by several other clients, but i thought they too had booked online and the salon was just understaffed? Then 2 gals walked in without an appt, they proceeded to get them a chair, and that's when I spoke up! I had told the reception guy twice I had an appt booked online and I had even wrote it down on the check-in page, but still was ignored! Then when they quickly gave me a chair after I spoke up, the basin was not sanitized, just wiped with a terry cloth, and the lady pedicurist gave me cold water, barely had my feet soaking for less than a minute, and then started scraping on cuticles, which were not even softened. She gave me the fastest pedi I've ever had, like she was mad at me...when I shouldve been more upset to take an hour to get in for a 20 min. pedi!!! Very rude, unresponsive staff and will not give them another chance. They need to realize there is another amazing salon in town...and Happy Nails will have my future business!

They are so rude!! Dirty, they use dirty instruments!!
The lady kept answering her phone, so unprofessional!!!
I hope state checks them out!!
     I did give them another chance!! They are horrible!
