I've never experienced a J2 before. In addition, the last time I went tanning was YEARS ago at a tanner in a small town where I grew up. I didn't get the girl working the front desks name, but she was seriously so helpful, nice, and patient with me! The room that I went in was clean as well! Great first experience and I am pleased so far!

I go to J2 Tanning periodically when I am traveling for work, and I have to say, I am always so impressed with the level of customer service from the staff, the beds, the cleanliness, and the modern look of the facilities! I'm relatively new to using tanning beds, and the staff has been wonderful in recommending tanning options and products for what I'm looking for without trying to oversell me. I definitely recommend J2 compared to the other Lansing area options!
