J T Nails in Sugar Grove, IL

Came here a couple times and it's not worth it. Service is trash. Came in on a Friday to get two manicures and found it was an hour wait so we left and made an appointment for the next day. Mind you they had no appointments scheduled on their books as we saw. We come in, EARLIER than our appointment time and they said it would be an extra thirty minutes before we can even get seated. They told us to go to another store and come back so they could get others done when WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Kept insisting it wouldn't be a long wait and kept asking if we were busy later. Waited 30 minutes and left after. No bye, no apologies, nothing. Not worth any money.

This is now L&L Nails. If you want to make an appointment only to wait 30-60 min more for your scheduled appointment then this is your place!! They overbook all the time. Not worth waiting for so I left after waiting 25 min after my appt. This has become worse under this new management. I will not go here again

Scheduled two appointments for 4:30 on a Friday over a week in advanced. One for fill the other for mani/pedi. After sitting over 30 minutes past our appointment we decided to leave Apparently appointment times does not exist or matter. As we were leaving she was like oh I'm finished now but that would only take care of the full and I'd still be waiting, no thank you

The services offered are organic, professional and well worth my drive from Schaumburg to receive. I've personally known Cindy for well over 15 years and will 100% vouch for her excellent attention to detail, professionalism and authenticity as a friend too. I'm extremely picky with my downtime and I refuse to go elsewhere when in need of a fill and pedicure. The jelly-pedi is SO amazing, moisturizing and truly worthy of the splurge. My hands & nails always look and feel incredible after visiting. I receive compliments consistently because of how beautiful my nails (and feet) look. Trust me when I say you will not regret visiting Ziza Nail Spa for the ultimate nail/foot spa experience. This was my first time here. I just went in to get a no-chip taken off. My technician was friendly. But what turned me off was the cleanliness. When he went to take off my nails, he grabbed a USED paper towel and laid it down. I know it was used because it had nail polish on it and TWO NAIL CLIPPINGS from previous clients. I was completely grossed out. I mean, I know times are tough, but I deserve a clean paper towel! So if you aren't grossed out by that, it's the place for you. I certainly got what I paid for. So disappointed.
