I love J Salon! I started going there because this is where my stylist of close to a decade started working,. Since that time, I've had nothing but positive experiences with any of the stylists there! A few years back, my daughter (college age) started going there as well. We are both extremely pleased with the cuts/hair color etc. services we receive. Recently, I have begun getting my nails done there too - I love Jaye's work and she is super friendly too! :-)
J Salon should not even be allowed to call themselves a salon. I had by far the worst experience there. I told Chelee exactly what I wanted and it wasn't until that I got home that I realized that her haircut and partial highlight is a nightmare. I did not know that I had to pay $95 for someone to screw up that much, especially when your hair looks like a five year old cut it. When I called back today, it's extremely sad how unwilling Chelee was to give me back a refund. She offered to fix it but I would never let anyone in that salon touch my hair again knowing how awful my experience was. She was also completely rude to me on the phone. I now have to go pay someone else to fix the mess that she did. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Overpriced and extremely low quality.
LOVE this place. The ladies are very friendly and hilarious. And I love Shannon! She always does a good job, and I'm never let down. This place definitely deserves a 5 star.
