Overall this facility and staff are okay, the 2-star review is mainly from my experience with one stylist. Eskedar. Friendly but had delayed responses in my attempts to book an appointment. Started my appt about 2 hours late. Disrespected my hair texture loudly in the salon, as a joke (?). She likely spoke to me unprofessionally due to her thinking I was a minor instead of my adult age (which is messed up regardless). Hair: Excellently styled my U-part wig - great at curling the wig how I asked! It looked nice Unfortunately, she poorly moisturized/braided the hair underneath (didn't even braid all of the hair). Her sewing technique to secure the ends of the braids tangled my hair and took extensive effort to undo. Scalp & hair care is just as important as the style, so that was disappointing. Do not recommend.
