it's only one star cause theirs a guy with a ponytail balding that took me to get my hair done and i showed him photos that i would like my hair to look and he was done in least then 10mins and it was a different haircut then i showed him, at least 5 pictures i've shown but he gave my hair a open curtain look the pictures where front spiky hair, after that it was 13 dollars and i payed the amount then he asked for tip, so i did for the sakes of leaving quick so avoid him cause he only cares about pay

I used to come here around 4-5 years ago when I was a teenager for haircuts, but since my family moved I haven't gone in a while. I decided to come to this place to highlight my hair, since I had good experiences previously. I arrived there around 5:30pm after classes and asked for them for highlights and a haircut. The main person who does colors- Sandy, if I remember correctly, was busy with someone else so they had me wait in a salon seat. One of the people who worked there, a younger man, asked me what color I wanted my highlights. I showed him the colors I wanted from a picture (purple and brown). They didn't have purple hair dye so he kept asking me if I wanted blue instead. I asked him if he could mix in some red to make purple, but he didn't seem to understand. Eventually Sandy understood what I wanted and she started on my hair. It took 3 hours just to bleach my hair, and it was closing time by the time she was going to dye my highlights. Everyone left, but Sandy stayed behind an extra two hours to finish my hair that night. And it looked great, especially for the price. The only problem was that Sandy also wasn't sure how much of each dye to mix in for the purple color I wanted and asked ME how much to put in... and of course I only put in enough to make the dye more indigo instead of purple (I was to blame for the color I guess, but I think she should have known how much of each dye to mix in because she's the professional) Pros: good customer service, good prices, overall a good experience Cons: some employees don't seem to understand very well if you speak in English, not much diversity in color for hair dye, must pay in cash to pay less (no tax included if paid in cash) I'll probably come again, but I might look for some other places first if I'm going to color my hair, since this place doesn't have a big variety of colors available

Best spa pedicure of my life! They were running a special and it was only $30. Elaina (not sure on spelling) did my service. Highly recommend!

They're very racist. Today I went in for a mani and pedi and the salon is dead empty, the sign says open and it says closes at 8 and yet the receptionist barely looked up from her desk while watching her show to roll her eyes at me and say "we're closed" despite the other two employees sitting on their phones. So rude and disgusting

This is the worst salon ever. I came in with uneven hair so I asked to have my hair straightened without any angle. Just straight. In the end, my hair was still uneven and when I tied it up in a ponytail, some hair strands were longer than others.
