Came in for a fill but I wasn't happy with the quality of the nails I had on already and neither was the nail tech so he suggested removing and doing a full set. I appreciated the suggestion and was ok with it.
First of all the atmosphere is weird lol. I did come in the middle of the day on a weekday but there was only two people working and it was 100% silent in there other than the other customer talking on her phone. There needs to be some tv or music playing because it was borderline awkward how silent it was.
Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly.
Nails... ehhh. One of my thumb nails is like double the size of the other and it's driving me crazy looking at it while I'm typing right now (I didn't notice until I left or I would have had him fix it). The polish isn't all the way down so it almost looks like i need a fill already. He did do the acrylic very thin and not chunky which I like.
I just moved from Hawaii, so I knew I would have to find a nail salon that I would like that was clean, friendly. After having someone do my nails since 2014 in Hawaii. This would be a challenge. I picked J Nails & Spa. I arrived at 9:30am, I met Charlie, he greeted me and I told him what I needed for fill and to have my toe polish change. He was very accommodating, he took time to get my toes polished and to fill my fingernails. We exchanged small talk and I was very comfortable with him and the owner Jimmy. I am definitely going there for my next appt. 5
Wow, I don't think I've had such a great pedicure in my life. Lupe took the time to make sure my feet were smooth. My toes were painted perfectly as well. 100% recommend this business! I wish I lived in Las Vegas so I could come to her every two weeks.
I don't get a chance to write as many reviews as I'd like but this place deserves it! What a little hidden gem. Ms Anna on my hands while Misue saved my toes. Thank you, can't wait to start coming back every other week. Clean, professional and followed exact requests, even if it wasn't how they usually did things, these ladies didn't skip a beat!
