J F Hair Co in Union, MO

The last picture is what I asked for. This is what I got. The stylist is Chrissy at JF Hair. She changed her mind on what she was going to do with my hair after showing her what i wanted several times. She didn't speak to me unless it was to complain about how thick my hair was or how much hair I had. I tried starting a conversation with her and being friendly but the conversation went nowhere. She did not section my hair for the cut nor the color. Then only left the bleach on for probably 7 minutes and rinsed it to which this was the result. I told her i did not like the orange pieces at all and she said she could fix it tomorrow by putting brown in the front of my hair to cover it up?? I told her i would get back with her, because i already had decided in my head that i do NOT feel comfortable going back to her. So, she takes my card without telling how much it's going to be and charges me 100 dollars. I go home in tears and try to straighten my hair because she didn't even style it, and that's when i realized that i had a staircase cut into my hair. So i call and ask if there's a different stylist that can fix my hair, they put the same woman on the phone. She raised her voice and told me it was my fault because i declined her offer to put layers in my hair, and that she could fix it tomorrow. I politely told her "I'm sorry but i just don't know if i'm comfortable with getting my hair done by you again" to which she got very angry and said that i wasn't allowing her to do her job because i didn't want layers, and that i didn't keep my head still so it's uneven.... excuse me WHAT?! I sat there still and silent. The entire time. Because she was rude. And it was awkward. So anyways- i hung up and told her to have a nice day. Then, i call back after being told i should not have had to pay for that. I ask for someone who is in charge, to which she claimed she was. Great. So i say, "is there anyway i can get just some of my money back because this is not what i asked for and my hair is very uneven" and she yelled again and told me not to call back. I wanted to speak to someone and show them in person- what my hair looked like. So i go up there, crying because i'm very insecure about the mess on my head, and the woman told me "it's not uneven and you can leave and not come back because you shouldn't talk to my stylist like that"... after she was the one who yelled at me.
