No one paid the owner to laugh and ridicule the client, yet that is the service that was given. A younger client decided to point and make fun of a disabled shaking client. The owner instead of stopping or even ignoring this decided to join in on the harassment and laugh at her too. How utterly disgusting. I will never spend a penny there in the future. If I can help it neither will that disabled client. Regal Nails in Washington Walmart doesn't treat their clients that way and I have seen them for 15yrs so definitely giving them my money.
Had an appointment made for 2pm, arrived to the shop and it was closed and locked up on an OPEN Day. Not professional or considerate of their customers. Skip this place.
If I could put negative I would. Most rude mail tech I have came across and they over charged me. Will be seeking confirmation and legal counsel. If they did it to me then who else have they done it to. They should be stoped
I went today and watched my friends get beautiful nails. I gave suggestions and even made conversation with the nail techs before my turn. I waited patiently and was so helpful during my wait. I was last to go, and I got the worst experience I've ever had with nails. I asked for one design, then the Lady doing my nails commented " sometimes simple is better" so I went with a more simple design trying to be more accommodating. I assume she was rushing because she had another client, which I am okay with. I don't mean to be so forward or mean but goodness gracious I paid 50$ for nails I could have done myself with supplies I bought from Walmart. I'll add pics for reference. They were so nice and so sweet. But I'm just so upset I left with the nails I have, and my friends have absolutely perfect sets..
Takes to long because no nail techs, but better than rude Union Nails.
