Terrible, unprofessional service. My hair was chopped!!! I will never be back. I don't know how the salon stays in business with the owner chopping hair!!!

Excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable stylists.. Made me love my hair once more. I'm a 60+ yr old woman that wanted to just leave my natural color..(gray) without continued color touch ups. Well they did it! I've gotten so many compliments! This is my new salon. (And the prices aren't bad either) Haven't tried the nail salon yet but it is on my list! Thank you Maria,Jay and Tim! I am excited for my 2nd appointment with Jay this morning!! I saw him for the first time 3 weeks ago. I found the shop extremely neat and tidy, Jay did an excellent job on my hair (2 dyes and a hair cut), he was very knowledgeable on hair color and he was very friendly as well as funny. I don't understand anyone not being able to get along with him. I highly recommend this shop and Jay! O

When I decided to get a hair cut I had to rely on word of mouth as I didn't personally know any hair stylist and I am so glad that listened. Firstly, when I made my appointment I received a confirmation email almost immediately, and again the day before my appointment to remind me. I can truly appreciate this as I prefer an email or a text as I sometimes miss phone calls and absolutely hate voicemail. When I arrived for my appointment, I was a little nervous as my hair was almost to my belt line and we were going to cut more than ten inches off. Jay consulted with me and made absolutely certain that I was aware of what he was going to do and what to expect. He even spoke extensively about my hairstyles after care just to be positive I was prepared for what a life changing experience this could be. Mind you I hadn't had a hair cut for years up to this point. Jay executed the cut and styled my hair and I absolutely fell in love with it. At this point I had gained total confidence in Jay and his abilities, so much so I made the next available appointment for a color. My next appointment for the color was unique as Jay is basically a one man show and as it turned out he had previous engagements out of state. This is important because he could have easily put me off or cancelled or any number things. Instead, he kept his appointment and stayed in his shop to accommodate me well after his normal hours. I'm not trying to imply that these accommodations would be made routinely however, it is this work ethic and unwillingness to cut corners that I appreciate the most. Now, onto my color, I am dirty blonde and requested a darker color on the bottom half of my hair as well highlights which he agreed would be nice. Again, Jay consulted with me about the dark color and instead of just doing whatever he thought would look the best he made me part of this creative process and guided me through the process and we decided on a gorgeous brown. I have been back to the salon for nails, and I have seen his work on other woman. Jay is an artist and capable of doing any number of nail styles and designs. He has both gel and the more traditional acrylic polishes and a variety of "bling" and embellishments. I must say that i would highly recommend this salon and I have. Jay even donated my hair on my behalf to locks of love, I didn't have to fuss with the process at all. I am in love with my hair and not a day goes by that I don't get a compliment.
