Closed. Drove across town when said open online. I understand being closed to observe a holiday, but at least advertise that before I drive across town.
Wife took are son there to trim him up. Girl was told half inch off the top. And trim up the sides. He was in tears because she didn't listen to him. Messed his hair up so bad it looked egg shaped. She cut 3 inches off the top, was so uneven, and the side has long and short hairs she couldn't even use clippers right. My wife had to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. This is the first time he have had issues after a year. We will never come back.
My husband and boys continue to get good, basic cuts at Great Clips. It's tough for us to stick with a stylist because of schedules or turnover but they do keep notes about each person's cut in their system. We also bring pictures from time to time.
Check in continues to be available online and is more important now. You cannot come inside the salon until they call you. (My husband was not able to get his hair cut because my son couldn't wait alone in the car.)

I feel awful bringing my brother to this location to have his haircut. He was home for fall break from college and we were hopeful for a great experience and a great haircut to send him back to school. Salina was the extremely rude. Seemed beyond annoyed that she had to be here. When she asked my brother what he wanted she had a disgusted look, and then proceeded to cut his hair far far shorter than he had asked for. I'm so frustrated.
I have gone to this store before but NEVER again! I got my haircut last night by a new woman, because the woman I usually see was busy. I showed her the picture of what I was wanting done (inverted bob) and it went downhill from there. She cut too high, so I had really weird layers in the back of my head, and she didn't really know how to cut my sides, so my sides looked not finished and didn't blend with the back of my head. She had to ask other workers for help and I just didn't want to keep asking her to cut anything, because I was so scared she would make it worse!
Needless to say, it looked like Edward Scissorhands had a fun time with my hair and I went to a new salon today to get it fixed, but I have to keep going back every month to undo what she did! Thank goodness the new salon knew what they were doing and did a great job camouflaging the cuts that just need to grow.
