J & K Nails in Mobile, AL

Walked in, told the lady I'd like a toe polish change, and it would be regular. No problem, pick a color! Yep, not my first time out so I knew the drill. After I "pick a color", they ask me to sit at a manicure station. Ok, weird, but ok. The woman sitting in front of my made a "hands out" motion. I said.. I think you misunderstood, I'm getting a toe polish change. She then starts to argue with me and say I never said that. I asked her to look at my freshly done nails, asked her "do you really think I'd ask for you to change a color on my ombré nails?"
So back and forth and I finally had to get loud and tell her I wanted a toe polish change. Move to the pedicure station. She seems annoyed at her misunderstanding and barely took the old polish off. I had to guide her and explain that all of the old polish needs to be removed. Finally- after much foreign language back and forth, the polish was off! New polish on. Very simple. These people are always in a crap mood here. Never nice, generally rushing through any service. Fine for a polish change though. I asked her if I should stay where I was or move to the drying station. She said I could stay at the pedicure station. About 5 minutes go by, I'm settled in, patiently waiting for the color to dry- and some older woman snaps her fingers and says to move to the drying station. I declined. Ha! I said, "I already asked if I needed to move and she said no, so I'm fine here." So I waited another 10 minutes and paid. They have added a debit card fee to their prices. They weren't getting a tip anyway, but they also have a hand written note by the register saying "additional $2fee for card use"
No big deal, but they just find ways to stick it to their customers. I used to go here all the time and use Kenny, but his nails break in 2 to 3 days. Honestly- bad attitude and sub par work from all employees here. There are so many more options and now more places are open on Sunday, so there's no real reason to go here anymore.

Started breaking at the nail bed. Never had that happen before and they are already coming off. Pretty insane and I paid almost 100$ I dang near choked. Iv paid 40  at the most. Definitely upset at the price and how fast they are breaking and coming off

She did not remove the polish that was on my toes.  She squatted under the table to change the color.  It was a little ridiculous.  They were speaking in Vietnamese.  I wouldn't recommend them.
