I did the mistake of not going to yelp before coming to this establishment to get my nails done. Currently typing the review as I wait with acetone on my 3 chip gel nails that I got less then a few days ago. Typically gel last you 2 weeks at a minimum a solid week should still have your nails okay with some growth. It's been 40 minutes and no one has bothered to even remove the aluminum foil or better yet just note our service and products are not up to par and will not last what most competitors do. Save your money and go elsewhere, you will be having to redo your nails shortly after you come here by a nail salon that knows what they are doing.
If I could give less than one star I def would. I did my nails Sunday 4/4 at this nail salon. 8 of 10 nails are already lifting and look like trash. This owner "Henry" asks me to go and show him how my nails look. So I go the following Saturday to show him, he uses the most absurd excuse that I've ever heard...never in the years that he's worked has he ever seen this. Well Henry I say the same thing! I asked for a refund and he says that's not in his policy. I see no policy posted. They just make up what they want on the spot. I paid over 50$ to do my nails and they lasted less then 5 days. I would totally understand if it was regular growth but it was not. You know the saying customer is always right..... well not here. Go anywhere but here!
I went there today horrible experience i got a full set my nails look like my daughter painted them and I barely have any acrylic on them very thin never going back the lady was nice but she sucks at doing nails don't waste your money there !!!

J or J if you're reading this, don't tell someone you can do a walk in, start, then leave them half finished while your employees eat lunch for half an hr. Then rushing the 2nd worst gel job I've ever had.. (one color) to get to your "regular". I kinda assumed the TV were for the customers, it might help if you thought to ask if anyone was watching before shutting off all but one TV so your hostess can watch old you tube clips of a 2014 Adele concert. Maybe it me. I have been super irritable the past few days. But 2 hrs for a single color, half-assed gel manicure is not the wave. I WILL NOT be going back. Shrugs. Good luck with all that.
Not clean. Do not clean their tools between clients. Disgusting. Also use dirty towels from previous clients with pieces of nails and cuticles on it. I asked for clean towel and she just shook off the nail debris and turned the towel over. I walked out. STAY AWAY
