I'm a guy and started going to Ivy Nails on a dare that I wouldn't get my nails painted. I did. I get the no chip. I go every 2 weeks and only one time I hade to go back for a chipped nail. I'm 55, straight and I do it now because it's a great conversation starter. They are great people. They do a fantastic job.
I have been going to Ivy Spa for years for a few reasons. First, the job they do is awesome. I would love to recommend to women that go in and just let them do something creative. Every time I do that, I've been happier than with the ideas I found online. They know exactly what they are doing. The other reason I continue to go there is because their service is amazing - super friendly, very professional, and they take both walk ins and appointments. When I say they're friendly, I really mean it. You will always feel valued and cared for!
I would not recommend this nail place. They told me they would be able to do the design i asked for before i let them work on my nails. When it was time for the design it tuned out nothing like the picture reference i showed. Not to mention my nails aren't evenly shaped the same.
This place is a straight up con. The lady who owns it makes me pay the same overpriced price every time I go there no matter what I get. I get a pedicure, $75. I get French tip, $75. I get acrylics, $75. I asked how much lash extensions would be, she said $25 and charged me $75 at the register!!!!! She said she'd give me a discount for my next appointment, set me up for one, then charged the EXACT SAME $75 when she was done!
The quality is NOT worth it. The fumes make me gag, they use really crappy stuff for nails that's super chunky and never comes off, it's a disaster. They're just plain greedy here, do NOT go.
I have been going to Ivy Spa Nails for 3 years straight and I wouldn't go anywhere else! If there are any negative comments about this place I wouldn't know about those experiences.....I've only had the best customer care and service! I definitely recommend Ivy Spa Nails!
