Walked in to an empty nail salon to get a manicure and was told they didn't have availability to make an appointment next time...I work in sales so my schedule changes often so it's hard to book in advance. Won't be returning
Today I had a dip to my nails and a pedicure. it was great! Always good service at Ivy's nails in Bulverde.
Asked for pedicure and manicure colors to match but very very different. Pedicure felt rushed. Dip nail manicure started to crack a day after getting. Eventually 6 out of 10 has either horizontal or diagonal cracks. They did "repair" the first 2 but looked so off with differing lengths.
I went here on November 2021 and im writing this review because i was disappointed with a nail salon i was at yesterday. When i first came to Ivy nail salon i came with my cousin and my sister they were very nice but in the end i never got my nails done i thought i had made an appointment for me and one of the ladies (i think she was the manager) didnt want to take me because they were already going to close but she decided to take me and the nails i wanted were pink/white ombre nails she gave me beautiful pink/ombre nails i will not forget this kind service and she gave me it cheaper than Impression nail salon. So i do recommend coming here to all you ladies out there!
Ladies, please save your time & money.. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor them? Walked in 15 minutes early for my reserved 1pm (2 days ahead) and was ignored upon entry. So, I sat down & patiently waited. It wasn't until 3 other women walked in 5 minutes after who conveniently ALSO HAD 1PM APPTs were acknowledged & seated before me. I left and couldn't have been happier! ***Highly recommend SB NAILs***
