Love this place and the gals who work there. I trust them and always leave there very happy with the services they provide. Whether it a cut , color, waxing or massage have never been disappointed! Staff is friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. As for the previous review I have never in the many years I have been going there ever had an issue with hearing gossip or negative talking, it's always a positive and enjoyable experience.
My co-workers recommended this salon and I was very pleased with the service. My hair is fine and thin, so after cutting it Beth spent a lot of time styling my hair to give it volume and curl and I really appreciated her work. I would recommend this salon highly. It was also nice to get the $5 discount for a first time visit.
Anna was the WORST hair stylist I have ever experienced. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted (a light brown) and she dyed it basically black with blue spots in it THEN she tried again and made it lighter but also redish. Hated the entire experience and the color. Would never recommend this salon to friends.
This was my first visit to Integrity Salon Spa and it was the best ever relaxation massage I have ever experienced. Beth did an excellent job and left the place feeling wonderfully relaxed. Customer service was wonderful as well. Didn't experience any gossip chat as stated in the previous review. I highly recommend this place and will be back again.
This salon is personable and friendly, no pressure to purchase extras if not interested. The greeting area is separate from the salon...very nice. Easy scheduling...was offered "if not short enough, come back in a couple of days and we will take care of it." The music, the beverage offered...all very nice. The only drawback....grrrr....gossiping amongst patrons and stylists..interesting eavesdropping but certainly makes me want to stay quiet during my otherwise pleasurable visit. LOVE my haircut~
