I'm only giving 4 because even if you make appointments, you still wait. It's really just best to call ahead or be the first appointments of the morning. Jenny did a beautiful job on my ombré dip manicure! They're clean and friendly but I get hungry smelling their lunches!!! Lol
I really like this salon. The place is nice and clean. I like it much better now that everyone has to have an appointment, no walk-ins. That makes the service better and there's little to no wait time. The atmosphere is pleasant and its on the route that I use to get home so its also convenient.
I do NOT recommend this place for any nail care services . I have made several appointments as noted because of COVID however there is no need for one because they always cancel your appointment. On 3 separate occasions I have made an appointment with MIMi and she has either forgot the appointment or the owner has made the appointment and when I call to ensure I have an appointment or see if they have anything earlier the owner tells me MIMI is off . How is it that she off but you gave me an appointment date and time. Then another time because she forgot to write it in her book she tells me I can only do your nails someone else will have to do your pedicure and again I made an appointment. They do not value the customer time at all . Secondly the nails break very easily . I had to return several times for her to fix a broken nail. I recently had to go back twice becomes the same nail broke within the same week. Do not waste your time or money here !
I have never been so irritated leaving a nail salon. I took my daughter to get plain acrylic nails with polish, they advertise $27 full sets. When I left, they told me it was $40. I asked why, and I was shown Elementary school math adding 27+5+8. I asked what was the five dollar charge for and the eight dollar charge for, and he said because that's how much it is, it's more expensive. They definitely do not do a $40 job. I will never go back.
This is my 2nd time here. The 1st time I was extremely happy with the service. This time not so much. The tech cut me several times and then she was rushing so much cutting my cuticles she wasn't cutting them but ripping them off. Then instead of finishing my nails she stopped doing mine to go wax another woman's eyebrows.
