Most salons get to know their regular clients, this one seems like they could care less. Super unfriendly every time I come in for an appointment. They also run behind CONSTANTLY, thinking a 20 minutes wax appointment revolves around your whole day and should wait 20 minutes. If my appointment is at 12, I expect to be in there no later then 12:10 (I get sometimes it can run late, but 20 minutes it's ridiculous). Get your stuff together. They do a fine job, but I have no intent on ever giving this place my business ever again. There are much better and friendlier salons out there. Third time this has happened and I am done giving chances. Don't waste your money on this place.
I love this place after the new owners took it over. Gigi and Jade do phenomenal work. If you have curly hair...go to Jade. She made my daughters long tight curls silky soft. Gigi does great cuts and colors. She's definitely up there with the best NYC stylists.

I walked in here on my birthday 3 years ago on the offchance someone would be able to give me a haircut. I haven't gone anywhere since then. Donna took me and gave me a wonderful experience. The other employees there are nothing but nice and wonderful as well. The prices are right and I have not once walked out of there dissapointed. Donna listens, is thorough and is extremely personable. I would recommend Innovations to everyone.
