Absolute trash service all the hair "stylist" have never picked up scissors in their lives. They will do the same messed up haircut no matter what you ask for
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in as a walk in and just wanted a simple trim unfortunately I had to walk out . The lady was so rude , she forcefully brushed through my thick,curly hair . Said that it looked like my hair hasn't been washed lol when I washed it this morning - it was still damp. Then she said that looks like I didn't rinse it out enough ... ever heard of leave-in conditioner? service was horrible I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I always go to the hair cuttery in Hyannis because they do a fantastic job. Unfortunately they closed so thought I would give Procuts a try......NEVER AGAIN! Here is a picture of the look I was going for. This is what it ended up looking like. The picture speaks for itself.

I visited Procuts in centerville today After not Returning to Procuts for many years due to some not so very nice hairstyles. I was very pleased to have had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Hunter I am also a business owner for many years and knowing how hard it is to get good help I hope the owners of Procuts realizes what a outstanding young lady with such a beautiful personality they have on their staff I live on the lower Cape but I would travel back to the Centerville area to receive another haircut from this young lady she had a outstanding smile very very compassionate in her work and she was very professional. I truly hope that the next time I visit Procuts either in the Dennis location the Yarmouth location or the Centerville location but I have the opportunity to see this young lady again she put a smile on my face and gave me a great haircut I am sure that you receive many complaints from people especially after being treated the way I have in the past at Procuts but this young lady gives everybody hope. To the owners and the franchise please do not overlook the talent that you have in this young lady and please pass this on to her because this young lady has found her calling Thanks again John J
